If your account data has been compromised due to malware on your computer, we recommend that you immediately change the passwords for all the tools you use with us.


Before changing the access data, we strongly recommend checking the device through which you access the individual services for the presence of malware, spyware, keyloggers, etc. using an antivirus program.

Instructions on how to change the password for:

  • customer account (customer center),
  • email inbox,
  • FTP account,
  • MySQL/MSSQL database,
