Does the datacenter where my data is located change?
Yes, we are moving the data to our data centre in Bratislava. It is one of the most modern datacentres in Slovakia, which meets the TIER III standard. We are connected directly to the main peering centre in the Czech Republic - NIX.CZ. You can read more about why we chose this datacenter and what are its parameters.
When will I hear from you about the account transfer?
We will contact you by email well in advance of the account transfer.
Will you do the account transfer for me or do I have to do anything?
It depends on the configuration of your services. In most cases, however, you do not need to do anything, we will perform the entire migration without your cooperation. In some cases (for example if you do not use our DNS nameservers) we will contact you in advance if your assistance is required.
What if I don't want to switch to a new platform?
We sincerely believe that this change will bring you a better service. However, we understand that change may not always be pleasant. We do everything we can to make the whole process as smooth as possible, meaning no extra steps for our customers. We are investing a lot of resources, time and money into developing a new platform that will completely replace the old one in the future. And we believe that you, our customers, will see our efforts too.

What does this mean for my data protection?
There is no change to what we do to protect your personal data. The Privacy policy remains in effect.
I am unable to reset my password after transferring my account. What should I do?
Do you want to verify your identity via SMS code? You probably have an outdated phone number in our system. Please use a different authentication method and everything will be fine. After logging in, we recommend updating your personal information
During the account transfer I received an email from nic.cz, what should I do?
You don't need to do anything, everything is fine. This email is a common procedure from the .CZ domain administrator.
Is there any change in automatic card payments?
Yes, there are some small changes. At ACTIVE24 you have activated automatic payments for all services under your account. In the administration you can choose for which service you want to have automatic payments active and for which not.
